The bill (Reg. No. 2834) suggests amending the Customs Code in order to substitute the existing terms “central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of customs matters” and “central body of executive power that secures formation and implements state policy in the sphere of finance” with the single term “central body of executive power that secures formation and implements state’s tax and customs policy”; and to substitute the term “customs bodies” with the terms “income and fees bodies” and “customs” without changing the existing procedures of customs control and registration, athe procedure and means of fighting illegal trafficking and violation of customs rules.
